Aufgaben
- Als erfahrene:r HR Business Partner:in bist du ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Teams an unserem wachsenden und dynamischen Standort in München oder auch in Leinfelden-Echterdingen
- Du unterstützt mit deinen Aktivitäten und Ideen unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten sowie arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen operativ und strategisch
- Du findest auch in schwierigen Situationen kreative, pragmatische Lösungen und trägst dadurch zu einem zukunftsorientierten und attraktiven Beschäftigungsumfeld für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei
- Eine effiziente und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat sowie das Erarbeiten von betrieblichen Regelungen gehört ebenfalls zu deiner Aufgabenstellung
Profil
- Du bist HR Business Partner aus Leidenschaft und überzeugst durch fundierte Kenntnisse in der operativen Personalarbeit einschließlich arbeits- und betriebsverfassungsrechtlicher Themenstellungen
- Auch in turbulenten Zeiten und bei anspruchsvollen Themen behältst du stets einen kühlen Kopf
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, arbeitest aber auch sehr selbstständig
- Du hast bereits Projekterfahrungen sowie einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Eine kommunikative und analytische Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsstärke zeichnen dich aus
- Du bringst sehr gute Englisch- sowie Deutschkenntisse in Wort und Schrift mit
