Für unser Team im Dienstleistungszentrum in Hannover suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit mit einer wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von 39,0 Stunden. Die Arbeitszeit verteilt sich auf 5 Tage in der Woche. Arbeitstage sind die Tage Montag bis Freitag. Die Stelle ist auf 2 Jahre befristet und wird mit einer sechsmonatigen Probezeit vereinbart.
**Wesentliche Aufgaben**:
- Hauptansprechpartner*in für die regionalen Key Accounts in allen Kundenservice Belangen
- Verantwortlich für den gesamten Customer Life Cycle der Key Accounts im eigenen Betreuungsbereich (Hyper Care Phase, Reklamationen, etc.)
- Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen zur Erzielung einer optimalen Customer Experience
- Kalkulation von Erweiterungsangeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
- Planung, Implementierung, Überwachung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse in
- Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Unternehmensteilbereichen
- Regelmäßige Kundenbesuche und ggf. Durchführung von Kundenevents innerhalb des eigenen Betreuungsbereichs (Reisetätigkeit bis zu 25%)
- Mitwirkung/Unterstützung bei der Planung von Verkehrsmengen
**Fachliche Anforderungen**:
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Deutschen Post InHaus sowie dessen Produktportfolio und Systemen oder Bereitschaft sich diese vertieft anzueignen
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Kundenbedürfnissen
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse der Customer Service Prozesse (insbesondere der Prozesse in der Konsolidierung und den Poststellen von Vorteil)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
