What you shouldexpect from the role:

Arrow believesthat the best way for you to learn is by fully integrating you intothe business and giving you accountability for your job-relatedtasks. Throughout the program, you will also need to completeprogram assignments to put into practice what you learn and workalongside highly specialized experts on thefollowing:

  • LeadPoint of Contact: Serve as the lead point of contact forall customer matters. From inquiries, orders through to customeronboarding and follow-up.
  • RelationshipManagement: Services and develops relationships in theexisting customer base and explore opportunities with newcustomers.
  • Customer Satisfaction andEngagement: Maintain communication with customers andensure their satisfaction of our DigitalSolutions
  • (Cross-Team)Collaboration: Works collaboratively with the allinternal and external stakeholders to generate (Digital)revenue
  • Customer Support:Orient customers based on market and platforminformation
  • AnalyticalMindset: Help identify/resolve campaign performanceissues and coordinate with our team to implement the required nextsteps


Requirements:
  • Youmust have a legal right to work in the countrywhere the position is located.
  • You haveobtained or will obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree inBusiness, Engineering or Industrial Engineering or similar relatedstudies in 2024 or not more than 2 yearsago.
  • Business fluent German andEnglish (oral & written).
  • Youmust be flexible and have geographicalmobility.
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker whobrings something new to the table and is not afraid to share thoseideas.
