About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Field Sales Representative to join our team at Arrow Central Europe GmbH. As a Graduate Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters, from inquiries to customer onboarding and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, exploring opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our Digital Solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate revenue and drive business growth.
- Orient customers based on market and platform information.
- Help identify and resolve campaign performance issues and coordinate with the team to implement required next steps.
Requirements:
- You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
- You have obtained or will obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering or similar related studies in 2024 or not more than 2 years ago.
- You must be fluent in German and English (oral and written).
- You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.
- You must be a creative and outside-the-box thinker who brings new ideas to the table.
