About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Field Sales Representative to join our team at Arrow Central Europe GmbH. As a Graduate Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer matters, from inquiries to customer onboarding and follow-up.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, exploring opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Engagement: Maintain open communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our Digital Solutions.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to generate revenue and drive business growth.
  • Customer Support: Provide expert guidance to customers on market and platform information.
  • Analytical Mindset: Identify and resolve campaign performance issues, coordinating with the team to implement necessary next steps.

Requirements:

  • Legal right to work in Germany.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, obtained or to be obtained in 2024 or within the last 2 years.
  • Business fluent German and English (oral and written).
  • Flexibility and geographical mobility.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
