Develops and implements a theater Cybersecurity strategy by developing and sustaining partnerships with outside organizations, and subordinate activities on installations, to discuss and resolve Cybersecurity issues and requirements.
Establishes, manages, and assesses the effectiveness of all aspects of the Army Cybersecurity Program within the 2d Signal Brigade.
Represents the Command in meetings and workgroups addressing Cybersecurity issues.
Supervises the activities of the Cyber Division consisting of 8 civilian and military personnel with a GS-13 base level of work.
Translates relevant technical and programmatic information received from 2d TSB Commander, S3, or higher authority into guidance and actions to be implemented by the Cybersecurity.
