We are a growing team looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager in the People department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Compensation & Benefits Manager you’ll work on interesting responsibilities on the broad rewards spectrum including job architecture design, benchmarking, support on our salary cycle and sales incentives for our eight sennder countries. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues of the People team, both centrally as well as in the regions. You will also be working closely and directly with the business and for instance the finance team. This role reports into the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
  • 5+ years of experience in a compensation & benefits or rewards, preferably with a global or Germany focus
  • Someone that is highly analytical, loves to crunch numbers, and sees opportunities to automate processes
  • (Some) experience in job grading and benchmarking, preferably with KornFerryHay
  • Someone that is eager to learn, can prioritize and willing to adapt to the dynamic pace of sennder
  • Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and a desire to work on strategic projects and daily execution
