(Senior) Compensation & Benefits Specialist | Sustainability SaaS | Remote (DE)
We're looking to add a talented Compensation & Benefits specialist to the team of a top SaaS company in Germany. They're on the hunt for someone to join them in managing all things related to compensation and benefits. This role can be fully remote or a mix of remote and on-site in Mannheim, Cologne, Berlin, Munich, or Ingolstadt.
As the company continues to grow rapidly to meet the demand for its successful Sustainability SaaS product, they need a dedicated HR team member to handle all aspects of compensation and benefits. They're even gearing up to go public in the next 3 years, so experience in developing virtual stock option plans is a big plus. With their global expansion, you'll play a key role in shaping the HR strategy as they operate in various countries including the UK, USA, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR, focusing on compensation and benefits
- Preferably has worked for a company with international reach
- Able to take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex information and enhance the employee experience
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in using digital HR tools and extensive knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German & English (Written and Spoken)
- Knowledge of French, Spanish, Dutch, or other languages is a bonus
