Dann bist du bei uns als Technical Consultant ServiceNow im IT Management Consulting genau richtig adesso verbindet ServiceNow-Projekte mit Branchen Know-How u.a. in Automotive, Manufacturing, Banking, Retail und Life Science. Über ITSM hinaus bilden wir „echte“ Kundenprozesse in ServiceNow ab.
Als (Senior-) Technical Consultant ServiceNow bist du für die Durchführung von Workshops zur Beratung hinsichtlich der Anforderungen und Problemstellungen unserer Kunden mit der Plattformlösung ServiceNow zuständig. Darauf aufsetzend setzt du kluge, innovative ServiceNow-Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Business-Consultants der verschiedenen Branchen für unsere Vielzahl von adesso-Kunden um.

Im Detail übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:

Eigenverantwortliche Kunden-Beratung in Workshops und Erstellung von fachlichen und technischen Lösungsdesigns basierend auf ServiceNowServiceNow-Beratung und -Umsetzung mit den Schwerpunkten „Customer Service Management“, „Field Service Management“, „Security Operations“, „Integrated Risk Management / Governance, Risk and Compliance“ und/oder „IT Service Management“Aktive Unterstützung beim Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Competence Centers ServiceNow@adesso, zusammen mit den adesso Fach-Competence Centern für Security, GRC, Manufacturing, Retail u.a.Verantwortliche Patenschaft und aktive Wissensvermittlung für Technical Consultants ServiceNowUnterstützung bei der Ausweitung der Partnerschaft mit ServiceNowAkquisitions- und Pre-Sales-Tätigkeiten

DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Beratungsumfeld mit Fokus ServiceNow(Akquise, Initiierung und Planung, Konzeption, Implementierung und Betrieb)Zertifiziert in ServiceNow als „Certified System Administrator“, wünschenswert ist mindestens eine zusätzliche Zertifizierung als „Certified Implementation Specialist“: ITSM, CSM, FSM, SIR, IRM/GRC, oder „Certified Application Developer“Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Lösungs- und Schnittstellen-konzeptionen sowie in Industriestandards wie ITIL, BPMN, JavaScript und SQLNachgewiesene Erfahrung in Projektmethoden (Wasserfall, Scrum oder Hybrid), idealerweise zertifiziert in PRINCE2 und/oder PMI und/oder ScrumErfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder in vergleichbaren Bereichen
