We integrate ServiceNow projects with industry expertise across sectors such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Banking, Retail, and Life Sciences. Beyond IT Service Management, we model 'real' customer processes within ServiceNow.
As a (Senior) Lead ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting workshops to advise on the requirements and challenges faced by our clients using the ServiceNow platform. Building on this foundation, you will implement intelligent, innovative ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with our Business Consultants across various industries for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent client consultation in workshops and creation of functional and technical solution designs based on ServiceNow
- ServiceNow consulting and implementation with a focus on areas such as 'Customer Service Management', 'Field Service Management', 'Security Operations', 'Integrated Risk Management / Governance, Risk and Compliance', and/or 'IT Service Management'
- Active support in the establishment and further development of the Competence Center, in conjunction with adesso's specialized Competence Centers for Security, GRC, Manufacturing, Retail, and others
- Responsible mentorship and active knowledge transfer for Technical Consultants specializing in ServiceNow
- Assistance in expanding the partnership with ServiceNow
- Engagement in acquisition and pre-sales activities
YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Extensive experience in the consulting field with a focus on ServiceNow
- Proficient in acquisition, initiation and planning, conceptualization, implementation, and operation
- Certification in ServiceNow as a 'Certified System Administrator', with at least one additional certification as 'Certified Implementation Specialist': ITSM, CSM, FSM, SIR, IRM/GRC, or 'Certified Application Developer' being desirable
- Strong knowledge in solution and interface design as well as in industry standards such as ITIL, BPMN, JavaScript, and SQL
- Proven experience in project methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, or Hybrid), ideally certified in PRINCE2 and/or PMI and/or Scrum
- Successfully completed (Bachelor's) degree in (Business) Informatics or related fields
