Als Grid Expert (m/w/d) im Renewable Grid Engineering Team übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung von Netzinfrastrukturen für neue und bestehende erneuerbare Energieprojekte in ganz Europa.
Aufgaben
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Netzinfrastrukturen für Solar-, Wind- und Batteriespeicherprojekte
- Bewertung und Erstellung technischer Anforderungen, Entwürfe und Diagramme
- Kostenberechnungen und Festlegung des technischen Umfangs
- Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Realisierung von Projekten im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien
- Kommunikation mit Netzbetreibern und anderen Beteiligten
- Einhaltung europäischer technischer Normen und Standards sowie gesetzlicher Vorgaben
- Kooperation mit DNO/TNOs zur Sicherung von Netzanschlüssen und Projektoptimierung
- Überwachung und Koordination externer technischer Dienstleistungen
- Archivierung und Weitergabe der technischen Dokumentation
Anforderungen
- Hochschulabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Energiesystemen oder verwandtem Bereich
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der elektrischen Netztechnik, idealerweise in Hoch- und Niederspannungssystemen, Schutz, Verkabelung, Transformatoren, Schaltanlagen, SCADA, Systemstudien, Netzstudien oder CAD-Konstruktion, Inbetriebnahme, Netzbetriebnahme von Umspannungswerken
- Nachweislicher Schwerpunkt auf Netzsystemen (Hochschularbeit, Praktikum, akademische Leistungen)
- Fähigkeit zur Lösung komplexer Aufgaben
- Effiziente Kommunikation und gutes Stakeholder-Management
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse werden sehr gerne gesehen
- Englisch auf mindestens C1-Niveau ist erforderlich
- Weitere europäische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlich internationalen Reisen
- Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
