Dies sind Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei Anwenderfragen rund um die Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Du qualifizierst Anforderungen, analysierst und bewertest Kundenmeldungen
  • Per Ticketsystem, Telefon oder Screen-Sharing-Tool kommunizierst Du mit unseren Kund:innen und bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in bei Supportanfragen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Entwicklungs- und QA-Teams zusammen und trägst damit zur Optimierung der Software bei
Das solltest Du mitbringen:
  • Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Cloud-Software
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen erforderlich
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kund:innen
  • Du hast eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Spaà daran, Dich eigenverantwortlich in Kundensachverhalte einzuarbeiten
  • Eine Priorisierung Deiner täglichen Tätigkeiten fällt dir leicht
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 Niveau)
  • Du handelst lösungsorientiert und hast dabei die Kundenbelange immer im Blick
  • Auch Quereinsteiger sind bei entsprechender Qualifikation willkommen
