We are looking for you for our **office in Bonn **as a

**Accounting Director (M/F/d)**

**Your are responsible for**:

- The position reports to the Group Accounting Director (direct) and Regional CFO (dotted) and will be responsible for all Accounting-related matters for our legal entities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the local Accounting team
- Work with the consolidation team in Italy to ensure that local reporting is prepared in accordance with group reporting
- Work with the external auditors and ensure that accounts are filed with the relevant authorities

**Your qualifications**:

- Multi-year professional experience in a responsible and leading Accounting role, ideally in an international matrix organization
- University master’s degree in business administration (or similar), additional exams after University, e.g. (certified auditor/tax advisor/accountant) would be an asset
- Proven knowledge regarding both IFRS and HGB, additional knowledge in local GAAP Austria and Switzerland would be nice to have
- Working experience in a large audit firm (ideally Big4) would be an asset
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Leadership skills and a proactive attitude
- Fluent English and German is mandatory
