  • Ganzheitliches Projektmanagement: Leitung und Management globaler Projekte im CFO-Bereich
  • Projektdurchführung: Zusammenarbeit mit Fachexperten in der Abteilung „Subsidiary Management & Transfer Pricing“ mit Schwerpunkt auf Projektmanagementaktivitäten
  • Informationsaufbereitung: Vorbereitung projektrelevanter Informationen und aussagekräftiger Präsentationen für das Projektteam, das Management und die jeweiligen Komitees
  • Beziehungsaufbau: Aufbau professioneller Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Unternehmensberatern in verschiedenen Business Units, Ländern und Regionen sowie Dokumentation wesentlicher Projektentscheidungen und -maßnahmen
  • Dokumentenmanagement: Verantwortung für die Einführung und das Management des zentralen Dokumentenverwaltungsportals Ihr Profil
  • Bildungsabschluss: Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschafts-/ Volkswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Projektmanagement, Tax, Controlling, Beteiligungscontrolling, Finance oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich in einem Beratungsunternehmen oder einem international arbeitenden Unternehmen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Projektmanagement-Expertise: Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools
  • Arbeitsweise: Unabhängige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Internationale Begeisterung: Begeisterung für internationale Projektarbeit in einem globalen Umfeld
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
