About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineer to join our team at customfield3. As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading complex automation projects from design to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Design and Development: Design and develop automation solutions for various industries, including pharmaceuticals, using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Implementation and Testing: Oversee the implementation and testing of automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in automation engineering, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
  • Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard automation tools and technologies, including PLC programming, SCADA systems, and HMI software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
