What you’ll do:

An Infrastructure Specialist opportunity with our global Workplace Technology team. Working with a group of other Specialists to provide tech solutions to our users around the world.

The  Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for keeping the internal systems up and running at all times and takes part in innovative projects to automate and improve the systems. 

  • Monitor and maintain the existing infrastructure
  • Respond to the tickets and requests raised by other teams in the company
  • Participate in technical projects and deployments
  • Implement solutions for internal teams globally
  • Collaborate with the other teams
  • Use best practices to improve products/services or processes
  • Optimize existing SaaS configurations to meet changing requirements
  • Hold requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders


Can you deliver…
  • Experience working with AWS is highly needed (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB/RDS)
  • Linux systems administration experience is highly needed
  • Strong programming skills, experience with a language such as Python, Go, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell
  • Azure and Azure AD experience
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Serverless Framework)
  • Experience with repos in Github/Gitlab
  • Enjoy automating processes
  • Knowledge of Virtualization and Containers (Vmware, Hyper-V, Docker, Container Orchestration)
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and driving forward best practices
  • Works independently and can solve complex problems
  • Uses best practices to improve products/services or processes.
  • Stays up to date with new technology and existing software used in group

Nice to have

  • Experience with Monitoring and auditing tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Server OS
  • Experience with Security Audits
  • Experience with Slack and Jira
