Als Customer Service & Offer Management Specialist (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie schnell Verantwortung und sind Teil eines internationalen Teams. Dabei bringen Sie frische Ideen und Ansätze aktiv mit ein.

Zu Ihren Aufgabenschwerpunkten in der Betreuung eines definierten Kundenstammes im Innendienst gehören:

Angebote

Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen Identifikation der entsprechenden Produkte im Produktportfolio, wenn erforderlich mit MID und Außendienst Ggf. Vorschlag von Alternativlösungen Bei Bedarf Einleitung von Neukonstruktionen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement Abstimmung der Kundenpreise im Rahmen von vorgegebenen Preislinien Klärung von Fertigungsmöglichkeiten und Lieferterminen mit den Fachbereichen Erstellung des kommerziellen Angebotes in SAP und bei Bedarf auf Kundenportalen oder vorgegebenen Ausschreibungsunterlagen Zusammenstellung sämtlicher Angebotsunterlagen Verfolgung der Angebote zusammen mit dem Außendienst Überprüfung der Kunden im Hinblick auf das Exportkontrollrecht (Embargo,  ausfuhrgenehmigungspflichtige Produkte) Klärung von lokalen Sonderanforderungen, Vorschriften, Approbationen und Einfuhrbestimmungen

Aufträge

Abwicklung der Aufträge in SAP und ggf. in Kundenportalen Prüfung der Aufträge auf Übereinstimmung mit Angeboten bzw. Rahmenabkommen - technisch, kommerziell (Preise, Liefer- u. Zahlungsbedingungen) Bewertung von Risiken und ggf. Veranlassung von Faktura- oder Liefersperren Erstellen der Auftragsbestätigungen, Erfassen der Aufträge im System SAP Bearbeitung von länderspezifischen Sonderanforderungen bei der Auftragsabwicklung (z. Bsp. Dokumente, Prüfzeugnisse etc.), Akkredetive in Abstimmung mit AD Überwachen der Termine und Abstimmung bei Terminabweichungen Koordinierung der am Auftragsdurchlauf beteiligten Fachbereiche Verfolgung der offenen Forderungen und Klärung der überfälligen Zahlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst Provisions- und Bonusabwicklung

Reklamationsbearbeitung

Erfassung der Reklamationen Organisation von Warenrücklieferungen Lenkung der Korrekturmaßnahmen (Ersatzlieferungen, Gutschriften, Nachlässe) mit AD

Ihr Profil

Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Kundenberatung von Vorteil Strukturierte, selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift Erfahrungen im Umgang mit MS Office Idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem ERP-System SAP
