About you and this role

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as aCustomer Manager in Dow's EMEAI CAV(Chlor-Alkali & Vinyl)Team, focusing on direct customers in the European region?

This exciting opportunity, with a preferred location inWiesbaden, offers the chance todrive sales growth and strategic partnershipswithin our key and priority customers in the region.

As part of the team, you will be instrumental inmanaging medium to large accounts in Europe,as well ashunting for new businesswith a primary goal of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic plans to foster business relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience (CXi) scores.

We are seeking anenergetic, proactive hunter with a strong bias for action. You must possess the ability to build trust, credibility, and lasting relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts. Your exceptional negotiation skills will be critical in driving top-line growth and profitability improvement at major customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manages account portfolio and prepares and implements sales plans.

  • Hunts for new customers, predominantly in the German speaking region and with a focus on premium products specifically designed for sensitive applications such as cosmetics, food and beverage, and water treatment.

  • Leads and coordinates customer relationships working to understand customer needs and identify potential new clients.

  • Input information in CRM and SmartPrice providing the required documentation aligned to the Dow sales processes.

  • Manages Sales Contracts following Dow guidelines and legal requirements according to each region and country.

  • Develops and executes sales and marketing plans delivering business goals of volume and value.

  • Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.

  • Leads and conducts negotiations and implements price changes and strategies.

  • Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Fluency in German and English

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Minimum five years’ experience in technical/sales/commercial related positions.
