Job Description

  • Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses and suggest recommendations through a data-driven process 

  • Collect and analyze large datasets and summarize insights 

  • Develop compelling recommendations, communicated in high-quality output 

  • Support teams to identify opportunities, unlock productivity and accelerate execution 

  • Design and implement technical solutions on ServiceNow platform 

  • Support team with customer workshops and preparations 

  • Support team in customer implementations 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student pursuing a Masters degree, returning for a final term or year following the summer internship. 

  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities.  

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills and a proven process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions  

  • Experience driving (and solving) complex projects 

  • Experience presenting complex information to a variety of audiences. 

  • Experience with business operations. 

  • 1+ years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry 

  • Experience of ITIL, minimum foundation level, ideally higher. Knowledge of other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficial. 

  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical consulting roles. 

  • Top-notch written and oral communication skills in English and German.
