Job Description-
Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses and suggest recommendations through a data-driven process

Collect and analyze large datasets and summarize insights
-
Develop compelling recommendations, communicated in high-quality output
-
Support teams to identify opportunities, unlock productivity and accelerate execution
-
Design and implement technical solutions on ServiceNow platform
-
Support team with customer workshops and preparations
-
Support team in customer implementations
Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student pursuing a Masters degree, returning for a final term or year following the summer internship.
Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills and a proven process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions
Experience driving (and solving) complex projects
Experience presenting complex information to a variety of audiences.
Experience with business operations.
1+ years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry
Experience of ITIL, minimum foundation level, ideally higher. Knowledge of other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficial.
Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical consulting roles.
Top-notch written and oral communication skills in English and German.
