Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor (m/w/d)

Leisten sie einen wichtigen Beitrag für das Wachstum und die Weiterentwicklung von OpenText, indem Sie neue Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter für uns finden und gewinnen.

Hierfür nutzen Sie Ihr umfangreiches Wissen im Bereich Recruiting, Direktansprache über LinkedIn und anderen Netzwerken sowie im Kandidaten- und Stakeholder-Management.

Sie haben ein Gespür für die Top-Talente, die sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich in unsere Firmenkultur passen.


DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS

  • Eine spannende Herausforderung in einem internationalen Team mit dem Fokus auf der Besetzung von Positionen in der Region DACH
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruitingprozess für Fach- und Führungspositionen für Positionen im Non-Sales Bereich (Professional Services, Engineering, Cloud Service Delivery)
  • Erstellung von ansprechenden Stellenausschreibungen sowie professionelle Direktansprache von Talenten über Social-Media-Netzwerke
  • Führen von telefonischen und persönlichen Vorstellungsgesprächen auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Hiring Managern der verschiedenen Fachbereiche, HR Business Partnern sowie Betriebsräten
  • Sicherstellung einer positiven candidate experience verbunden mit einer optimalen Time-to-Hire
  • Teilnahme an Karrieremessen vornehmlich in Deutschland

 

DAS ERWARTEN WIR VON IHNEN

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. in BWL oder VWL, gerne mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Inhouse-Recruiter innerhalb von Konzernstrukturen im IT-Umfeld 
  • Kenntnisse in der Abwicklung von End-to-End-Recruitingprozessen vom Start einer Stelle in einem Bewerber-Managementtool bis hin zur Vertragserstellung über ein HR Shared Services-Team
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Verbindung mit einem hohen Maß an Selbständigkeit, Verbindlichkeit und einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Direktansprache über Social Networks und dem Aufbau von Kandidaten-Pipelines sind notwendig 
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung in der vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
