**Associate Personalsachbearbeiter/HR Shared Services Specialist (m/w/d)**
**Das erwartet Sie bei uns**
- Beantwortung von von Mitarbeiteranfragen über unser Ticketsystem zu Kernthemen des Personalwesens; Onboarding/Offboarding, Vergütung und Sozialleistungen, für die betreuten EMEA-Länder
- Annahme von Anfragen Zuweisung an die entsprechenden Teams und Einzelpersonen innerhalb und außerhalb von HR
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teammitgliedern innerhalb von HR Shared Services sowie anderen Fachbereichen (z. B. Gehaltsabrechnung, Sozialleistungen, HBRP) und externen Anbietern
- Verwaltung von ein
- und ausgehende Post, sensibler HR-Dokumente wie Mitarbeiterakten, Dokumente von Behörden, Lieferanten usw.
- Identifikation neuer Dokumentanforderungen, Erstellung und Pflege von Knowledgebase-Dokumenten im Zusammenhang mit dem Response Center, Überwachung und Aktualisierung von Response Center-Dokumentationen und und der Wissensdatenbank, um ein qualitativ hochwertiges Mitarbeitererlebnis sicherzustellen
**Das erwarten wir von Ihnen**
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Personal
- Spaß daran, sich in eine spannende Stelle im Personalbereich einzuarbeiten und weiterzuentwickeln
- Souveräner Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen (vor allem Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in HR Systemen (SAP Success-Factors) sowie in der Anwendung von Ticketsystemen
- Empathie, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung und Eigenverantwortlichkeit
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie flexibles Denken und Hilfsbereitschaft
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntisse in Wort und Schrift
