**Associate HR Specialist (m/w/d)**
**Das erwartet Sie bei uns**
- Durchführung sämtlicher personaladministrativer Tätigkeiten für einen definierten Personenkreis (DACH-Region, Osteuropa und Mittlerer Osten)
- Klärung der personalrelevanten Fragestellungen in direkter Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern
- Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnissen und weiteren Dokumenten auf Anfrage
- Bearbeitung der Ein
- und Austritte und Verwaltung der Personalakten, inklusive der Eingabe, Aktualisierung und Pflege von Mitarbeiterstammdaten in HR-System
- Unterstützung bei der vorbereitenden Lohnabrechnung
**Das erwarten wir von Ihnen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Personal
- Erste Berufserfahrung mit Hinblick auf personaladministrative Tätigkeiten ist von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit MS-Office-Programmen (vor allem Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Kenntnisse in SAP HCM und / oder SAP Success-Factors sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Ticketsystemen sind von Vorteil
- Empathie, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung und Eigenverantwortlichkeit
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie flexibles Denken und Hilfsbereitschaft
- Die Fähigkeit, Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnisse und weitere Dokumente in deutscher Sprache zu erstellen und zu bearbeiten und unsere Mitarbeiter in deutscher Sprache zu beraten
- Sie sprechen und schreiben außerdem fließend Englisch
