Im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Kunden, einen renommierten Maschinenbauunternehmen in Gießen, einen Product Manager (m/w/d) Digital Service in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Aufgabe:
  • Sie sind für die Weiterentwicklung der Service-Strategie für digitale Service-Produkte und Erstellung von Produkt Roadmaps verantwortlich
  • Sie treiben die Entwicklung von Service Blueprints, die das Wertversprechen erfüllen (value proposition) voran
  • Die globale Projektarbeit mit Fokus auf digitale Transformation und Einführung digitaler Service Produkte fällt in Ihren Aufgabenbereich
  • Sie kümmern sich um die Optimierung des "Customer Value", um profitables Wachstum für digitale Services zu erzielen
  • Sie planen, testen und unterstützen proaktiv die Umsetzung der Go-to-Market Strategie
  • Abschließend sind Sie verantwortlich für die globale Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern sowie die enge Abstimmung mit Tochtergesellschaften und Kunden bei der Definition von neuen Geschäftsmodellen.
Qualifikation:
  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studienabschluss
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Erfahrung im Bereich der digitalen Transformation und After-Sales-Service in einem internationalen Unternehmen mit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (ca. 10-20%) werden vorausgesetzt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
