In der Abteilung Operating Software Development (IQS-YO) der Produktentwicklung der ZEISS Sparte Industrial Quality Solutions formen wir gemeinsam die Zukunft industriellen Messtechnik: Unsere Produkt-Softwarepakete bilden die Kern-Schnittstelle zum Betrieb unserer Messmaschinen. Dabei reicht unsere Verantwortung von den ersten Konzepten über die Entwicklung, Verifikation, Einführung, Validierung und Pflege beim Kunden und bei den Endkunden. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, die Messsysteme und Sensoren mitzuentwickeln und für unsere Kunden bereitzustellen, sowie die herausragende Performance unserer Systeme im Betrieb zu enablen.   • Sie leiten das Team CMM-OS Server A mit ca. 10 Mitarbeitenden fachlich und disziplinarisch
  • Sie gestalten neue und bestehende Schnittstellen unserer hardwarenahen Software zu Auswertesoftware und Maschinensteuerung
  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass Anforderungen an taktile und optische Sensorik umgesetzt werden
  • Sie helfen die Wünsche unserer Kunden aufzubereiten, zu verifizieren und umzusetzen
  • Sie analysieren und bewerten Problemmeldungen vom Kunden gemeinsam mit unserer Support- und Serviceorganisation
  • Sie stehen anderen Fachabteilungen und Schnittstellen mit Ihrer Expertise zur Seite
  • Sie führen, coachen und entwickeln Ihre Mitarbeitenden
  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass benötigte Kompetenzen, Kapazitäten und Infrastruktur geplant, entwickelt und vorgehalten werden und unterstützen damit das strategische Wachstum von ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions
  • Sie verantworten und gestalten Prozesse, Arbeitsweisen und Arbeitssicherheit in der Abteilung

Ihr Profil

  • Sie können einen sehr guten technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Hochschulabschluss vorweisen
  • Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem komplexen technischen Umfeld - idealerweise bereits im Bereich industrielle Messtechnik und der Leitung kleiner Teams sowie die Fähigkeit, sich in neue komplexe Themenfelder einzuarbeiten
  • Sie bringen sehr hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Pragmatismus und die Fähigkeit mit, Veränderungen erfolgreich umzusetzen
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung verbunden mit unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln aus
  • Sie kommunizieren fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
