- Monatliche Entwicklung, Planung und Steuerung der Sales-Kampagnenthemen unter Berücksichtigung von Einflussfaktoren wie Sales-Ziele, Kundenbedürfnisse & Kanalstrategien
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kampagnen und Entwicklung neuer Kampagnen
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Beobachtung von Trends
- Festlegen von Kampagnen-Zielen für Einzelkampagnen (Bsp. Umsatz- & KD-Ziele)
- Performanceanalyse der Sales-Kampagnen und Ableitung von Optimierungen & Ideen zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung
- Leitung von Sales-Kampagnenterminen
- Mitverantwortung für die Erstellung der Jahresstrategie und Umsetzung der Kampagnen-Guidelines Das bringst Du mit: - Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, E-Commerce, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang 
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Erfahrung und Leidenschaft für Handel und E-Commerce sowie Verständnis und Begeisterung für Kundenbedürfnisse
- Starkes Kanal- & Schnittstellen-übergreifendes Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Skills zur Interpretation und Steuerung von Kennzahlen
