Our core markets are Benelux, France, DACH and Poland and we are preparing for further global expansion in the coming years. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager DACH to accelerate sales and growth within the DACH region. Your role as Sales Manager DACH As Sales Manager DACH, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business, achieve sales targets and ensure the success of our sales process. You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager DACH and closeley collaborate with the Sales Director in executing account plans and market entry strategies. Your target customers will be CPOs (Charge Point Operators) and MSPs (Mobility Service Providers). The position can be filled either on a remote bases from Germany or from our HQ in Rotterdam (the Netherlands). Responsibilities You will: Define and execute specific account plans for clients in the DACH region, ensuring alignment with company objectives Generate new business and reach sales targets (new customers, cross sell), by means of account management, outbound sales and proactive prospecting efforts Managing the sales process from start to finish, by building and managing a sales pipeline, and holding clients meetings and pitches, preparing quotes, negotiating contracts and successfully closing deals Participate in marketing operations and events and rapidly expand the international network Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives You develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our products and solutions to effectively address client needs You make optimal use of CRM tools (Salesforce) and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes You maintain open and effective communication with management, customers and colleagues to ensure successful collaboration and execution of sales strategies Stay well informed about market developments, industry products and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market You recognize yourself in · Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar international sales role · Solid international sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and a strong drive for success · Excellent understanding of the market, competition and rapidly scaling businesses · Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of connecting with stakeholders, winning commitment and gaining buy-in · Fluent in German and English · Network builder with a clear understanding of stakeholder interests with a strong sense for stakeholder management · Strong negotiation skills · You are a self-starter, proactive, eager to go the extra mile · You are willing to travel And you recognize yourself in our core values · Be yourself · Follow your gut · Focus on the goal · See the bigger picture · Dare to be different What are you looking for in a job · You will join the largest independent e-mobility PaaS platform in Europe · An exciting sales challenge in the dynamic and sustainable sector of E-Mobility · An ambitious and dynamic team · Training and development opportunities in an international environment · Flexibility in working hours · Strong benefits package including a pension plan and bonus scheme · A company car · Good working atmosphere Interested?
