To drive further success in the DACH region, we are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the DACH region. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, presenting our software solution to key decision-makers, and managing the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region
  • Presentation of our software solution to key decision-makers via phone, online, or in-person
  • Full responsibility for the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Closely collaborate with the Customer Success Team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industry
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical thinking
  • Fluent German and English language skills
