In this way, we open up new markets with innovative, highly effective herbal medicines.To strengthen our Global Marketing team, we are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for our new brands, projects and products.(Senior) Global Brand Manager (m/f/d) New Brands / ProjectsThese are the tasks for this position:Development of a mid-term vision, ambition and strategy for our new brands, projects and products, taking into account country-specific market conditions and cultural differencesDesign and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channelsResponsibility for the entire brand experience throughout the product lifecycleConducting analysis of campaign results and consumer insights for continuous improvementManagement and maintenance of global brand books to ensure a consistent brand presenceConducting market and consumer research to derive actionable insightsLeading the product portfolio and lifecycle management (LCM) to maximize market successPlanning and monitoring brand budgets to ensure financial efficiencySharing, reusing, and leading the global brand community to promote best practicesDeveloping and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and loyaltyCreating core creative ideas and campaigns to support our brand strategyDefining compelling brand stories based on deep consumer insightsClose collaboration with relevant country colleaguesThese are the requirements you should meet:Completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar experienceSeveral years of experience in brand management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or herbal sectorProven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies and campaignsStrong analytical skills and experience in conducting market researchCreativity combined with a strategic approachAbility to work in a dynamic international environment and lead cross-functional teamsProficiency in English, both written and spokenWhat we offer:A globally active, owner-managed family company with a commitment to social responsibilityFlexible working time models and home office options to support work-life balanceResponsible fields of activity with a qualified induction as well as a performance-related remuneration with attractive social benefits and company pension schemeExciting prospects in a globally growing company with a wide range of professional and personal development opportunitiesContact:Are you open to new opportunities?
