Bionorica SE, a leading German pharmaceutical company, seeks an experienced Strategic Brand Director to join its Global Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or herbal sector, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and campaigns to drive market success and increase brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to conduct market research, analyze campaign results, and derive actionable insights to inform brand decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with country colleagues to ensure consistent brand presence across all channels.
  • Manage global brand budgets to ensure financial efficiency and maximize ROI.
