Wünschenswert wäre Erfahrung in einer für das OKR Framework verantwortlichen Position, in der Implementierung oder Weiterentwicklung des Frameworks.
Weiterhin verfügst Du über sichere Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Projektmanagement-Methoden, im Projekt-Controlling/-Reporting und
Du hast bereits mit einschlägigen Tools wie Asana, Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, ServiceNow etc. gearbeitet.
Organisationsgeschick: Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert, bist gut organisiert und hast Spaß daran, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und zu priorisieren.
Sprachkenntnisse: Du bringst fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
