Senior Project Manager PMO

We are Intershop, a pioneer in digital commerce, and we're looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager PMO to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the successful operational implementation of our strategic goals.
Your responsibilities will include managing the annual Company OKRs, developing and coordinating our internal strategic project portfolio, and ensuring that all projects are carried out in line with our corporate goals. You will also be responsible for optimizing and standardizing our strategy process, as well as supporting the Executive Board in day-to-day business.
Your Profile- Professional experience: 3+ years in strategic project management, preferably in a technology-oriented corporate environment.
- Expertise: Extensive experience working with the OKR framework, with a strong understanding of project management methods, project controlling/reporting, and project management standards.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to recognize complex interrelationships and derive recommendations for action.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and precisely, and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to work in a structured way, prioritize multiple projects, and take initiative.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
