Project Management Office Manager

Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office Manager to join our team at Intershop Communications AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the successful operational implementation of our strategic goals, managing the annual Company OKRs, and operationalizing our corporate strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and coordinating our internal strategic project portfolio, setting up TOP projects with individual divisions and project managers, and ensuring that all projects are carried out in line with our corporate goals.
  • Ensuring sustainable and efficient project controlling, including deadline, progress, quality, and budget control.
  • Coordinating and accompanying the annual strategy process with the Executive Board and management team, and developing and implementing methods to continuously improve our strategy process.
  • Supporting the Executive Board in day-to-day business and taking on overarching special tasks and projects.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in strategic project management, OKR framework experience, and excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic project management, preferably in a technology-oriented corporate environment.
  • Extensive experience working with the OKR framework, with a strong understanding of project management methods, project controlling/reporting, and project management standards.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to recognize complex interrelationships and derive recommendations for action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and precisely.
  • Proven ability to work in a structured and organized manner, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
