Project Manager for Document and Quality Management in Renewable Energy

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at THOST Projektmanagement GmbH. As a Project Manager for Document and Quality Management in Renewable Energy, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating document and quality management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a document management process in the project
  • Create and standardize workflows
  • Act as an interface/communicator within the entire project team
  • Optimize processes in a solution-oriented and cost-effective manner
  • Conduct plausibility checks on technical plans
  • Editorial reviews
  • Administer document management platforms (EDM, PKS, etc.)
Requirements
  • Completed degree in engineering or industrial engineering
  • Initial work experience (including internships) in document or quality management
  • Proficient in software tools (excellent Office-365 skills, e.g., Excel/Sharepoint, ERP, or related tools)
  • High IT affinity with an interest in new tools
  • Fluent in German (C1-C2) and good English skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, communication skills, and teamwork
