Außerdem arbeiten wir aktiv an der flächendeckenden Einführung von Smart Metern, Elektromobilitätslösungen und der eigenen Stromerzeugung aus Wind- und Sonnenenergie.

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben
Du hast ein offenes Ohr für unsere Kund*innen via E-Mail und Telefon
Du nimmst Kundenbeschwerden an und garantierst eine kompetente und lösungsorientierte Behandlung
Du löst knifflige Fälle und gehst Problemen gerne auf den Grund
Bei schwierigeren Fragestellungen arbeitest du eng mit deinen Kolleg*innen zusammen und ihr entwickelt gemeinsam Lösungen und Vorgehensweisen
Du bearbeitest Kündigungen und Widerrufe sowie Vertragsumzüge und Neueinzüge
Du erstellst, prüfst und versendest Rechnungen und leitest Zahlungen, wie z.B. Rückerstattungen, ein
Du hast ein Auge für Verbesserungspotenzial und bist gerne an der Umsetzung beteiligt
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Spezialist*innen aus der Marktkommunikation zusammen
Dein Background
Du hast großes Interesse am deutschen Energiemarkt
Du bringst bereits erste Jahre Erfahrung im telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenservice im B2C Bereich sowie im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen mit
Du liebst es die Wünsche der Kund*innen im direkten Kontakt zu erfüllen und im Austausch mit Kolleg*innen eine eingeschweißte Einheit zu bilden
Für deine freundliche Art und Zuvorkommenheit schätzen dich sowohl deine Kolleg*innen als auch deine Kund*innen
Du bist an einer langfristigen Anstellung interessiert und hast Lust darauf einen Betrieb aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln
Du arbeitest selbstständig, organisiert und eigenverantwortlich
Du bringst fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
