Join our university administration team as Student Service Specvialist (m/f/d) in fulltime (40 hrs./week) at our location in Berlin.
Your tasks- You are the personal point of contact for our international students and accompany them throughout their studies, always have an open ear for their questions and use their feedback to optimize student satisfaction at the Berlin campus.
- You and your team are responsible for organising and coordinating events (e.g. matriculation days, graduation ceremonies, campus meetings, information days, excursions, first-semester events)
- You plan and manage student representative elections and student meetings
- You work closely with the entire university administration team and student advisory service, and always take the customer’s prospective
- You respond to student queries and carry out administrative tasks (e.g. related to enrolment)
- An international profile and cultural competence, ideally with some previous international work experience
- You have successfully completed a higher education degree, preferably at an international institution
- You enjoy direct customer contact and have initial experience in the area of customer care or satisfaction, e.g. universities, academies, personnel services or the hotel industry
- Your empathetic nature makes it easy for you to empathize with our students and accompany them on their way through their studies.
- You are a first point of contact and can recognize their wishes and challenges and translate them into a suitable solution.
- You are confident in using the current MS-Office programs and communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written
