About You As a member of the Student Enrollment team, you should exhibit a strong work ethic with an attention to detail, be a highly motivated self-starter, and a dedicated team player. The Student Enrollment Specialist is great with relationships and can maintain professional working relationships across many cultures and time zones. Integrity and a passion for customer service and strong professional phone demeanor is fundamental as you are the main contact and help resource for our students during the application process. In conjunction with the other members of the Student Enrollment team, you will determine final candidate suitability and acceptance while at the same time ensuring that students and their parents remain well-supported and excited about their upcoming experience.The position is operations-oriented and requires the ability to change priorities quickly. We are looking for candidates who are committed to excellence in their daily work and able to manage a high volume of information while remaining productive in a fast-paced work environment. In addition, a focus on customer relations and quality results is a must. Your good sense of judgment along with your organization, attention to detail and communication skills will be imperative to your success in this position. This position works independently with a wide range of audiences. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Must have full business fluency in French, and Italian Proficiency in English (C1-level) Keen sense of organization and attention to detail Problem-solving and analytical abilities Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Clear and effective communication skills Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience traveling or living abroad is a plus.
