DEINE AUFGABEN
Entwicklung geeigneter Preisstrategien zur Erreichung der gesetzten Geschäftsziele Kontinuierliche Beobachtung und Analyse des Wettbewerbs mit dem Ziel, ungenutzte Potenziale auszuschöpfen und generelle Prozesse zu optimieren Verantwortung für die Preisfindungsprozesse aufgrund aktueller Markt- und Wettbewerbsgegebenheiten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf, sodass eine detaillierte Prognose über Preisänderungen transparent entwickelt werden kann Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern wie beispielsweise Sales, Operations und Marketing Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Preisgestaltung unter Berücksichtigung von Einflussgrößen wie Waren- und Gehaltskostensteigerungen (Inflation)
DEIN PROFIL
Abgeschlossener betriebswirtschaftlicher Studiengang (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt VWL / BWL) Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Pricing und in einem Konzernumfeld Hohe Zahlenaffinität und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit verbunden mit einer „Hands On“ Mentalität Gutes Verständnis wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Eine strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeiten runden ihr Profil ab
