ERFAHRUNG TRIFFT VERÄNDERUNG Kaltakquise auf Basis von Adress-/Kontaktdaten (ca. 20-30 ausgehende Telefonate) Generierung von Neukundenakquise Weiterqualifizierung von Marketing Qualified Leads Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen und Analyse der Bedarfsstruktur des (potenziellen) Kunden Entwicklung einer kundenspezifischen Lösung, eines Pakets aus Produkten und Dienstleistungen Ausbau von Bestandskunden Führen von Verkaufsgesprächen, Erläuterung der entwickelten Lösung und Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen Selbstständige Entwicklung und Verhandlung von Lösungsangeboten Entgegennahme des Kundenauftrags und interne Initiierung der Leistungserbringung Betreuung des Kunden auch nach Erbringung der Leistung Permanente Analyse von Upselling-Potenzialen und deren Realisierung Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen als Repräsentant der Allplan Deutschland GmbH und ihrer Lösungen

DEIN PROFIL

KOMPETENZ TRIFFT CHARAKTER Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Architekt/Bauingenieur oder vergleichbar Vertraut mit den Themen Hochbau und Infrastruktur Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Außendienst, ausgeprägtes Vertriebsdenken und -handeln (Vertriebs-DNA) inkl. hohe Mobilität Engagiertes, überzeugendes Auftreten und ausgeprägte (Verkaufs-)Persönlichkeit gepaart mit Zielstrebigkeit (Auftragsabwicklung + Kundenzufriedenheit) Ausdauer sowie die Fähigkeit, eine Vielzahl parallel laufender Vertriebsprozesse zuverlässig zu verfolgen Erfahrung mit CAD-Software oder komplexen Softwareprodukten sowie mit CRM-Systemen (vorzugsweise Salesforce) Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch
