Für unseren Standort in Stuttgart suchen wir einen Business Development Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Was Dich erwartet
Neukundenakquise: Identifikation und Ansprache von potenziellen Kunden, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu schaffen und den Kundenstamm zu erweitern Bedarfsanalyse: Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen und Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen, um den Kundenanforderungen gerecht zu werden Beziehungspflege: Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Beziehungen zu Kunden durch regelmäßige Kommunikation und professionelle Betreuung Marktbeobachtung: Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung, Identifizierung von Trends und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Ableitung von Vertriebsstrategien Angebotsentwicklung: Erstellung von Angeboten und Vertragsverhandlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem VertriebsteamWas Du mitbringst
Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Logistikdienstleistungen, idealerweise im Bereich Neukundenakquise. Branchenkenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse der Logistikbranche, insbesondere im Bereich Ocean, Air & Rail Kommunikationsstärke: Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich. Eigeninitiative: Proaktive Arbeitsweise, Selbstmotivation und die Fähigkeit, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten. Reisebereitschaft: Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen im Vertriebsgebiet.Gute Gründe Teil unseres Teams zu werden
