Das wird Dir bei uns schmecken
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische Planung und Umsetzung aller HR-Aktivitäten und -Programme in unseren Restaurants, um unsere Geschäfts- und Expansionsziele sicherzustellen
  • Du berätst die Führungskräfte in den Restaurants sowie aus unserem operativen Bereich in allen HR-relevanten Angelegenheiten in der Region Berlin & Osten ( Dresden, Leipzig, Jena, Magdeburg, Chemnitz)
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management zusammen, um Personalbedarfe zu identifizieren und effektive Mitarbeiterentwicklungen zu begleiten
  • Du bist für die Durchführung von Performance-Management-Prozessen, sowie für die Implementierung von Schulungs- und Entwicklungsinitiativen verantwortlich
  • Du überwachst und bewertest kontinuierlich und erarbeitest unsere HR-Prozesse, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den aktuellen gesetzlichen Anforderungen entsprechen und beste Praktiken widerspiegeln

 

Damit bringst du uns auf den Geschmack
  • Du hast bereits erste HR Erfahrung in der Beratung von (Gastronomie) Führungskräften und in der Mitarbeiterbetreuung gesammelt
  • In der Vergangenheit warst Du bereits mit arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie Prozessverbesserungen und der Führung von Mitarbeitergesprächen betraut
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungsfähigkeit
  • Dich zeichnet eine proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus 
  • Es macht dir Spaß sämtliche Restaurants in der Region Berlin & Ostdeutschland aktiv zu betreuen
  • Du bist es gewohnt in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld erfolgreich zu arbeiten
