As a recruiting partner of **Planted Foods AG** we are looking for you as **HR Business Partner** (a) (100 %) at the location in Berlin or Zurich. In your position, you will provide guidance and support to leaders throughout the employee life cycle to ensure a positive working environment.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Provide guidance and support to the leaders along the employee life cycle, ensuring a positive working environment
- Establish strong partnerships across the company, fostering collaboration
- Play a vital role in shaping the HR organization at Planted, working closely with the dynamic HR team
- Lead recruiting efforts for various functions, helping to find top talent to grow the team
- Continuously improve HR processes by collaborating with other team members
- Actively participate in various HR projects that shape the company's future
- Support execution and implementation of company-wide HR policies and procedures, aligning them with Planted's vision

**What You Bring To The Job**
- Possess a successful track record as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or HR Consultant in an agile and dynamic work environment
- Have several years working experience in Switzerland/Germany
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of HR processes and the ability to enhance HR operations at Planted constantly
- Thrive in a fast-changing environment, show extraordinary change management and resilience
- Are a strong collaborator and communicator at all levels with a strongly service-oriented approach
- Exhibit exceptional time-management and organizational abilities
- Travel Requirements 3-4 trips per year to England, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy with an average stay of 3-4 days
- Ge: C1 - Advanced
- En: C1 - Advanced

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Working experience in France, England or Italy is a big plus
- Other languages
