About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Partner to join our Builder Experience Team (BeXT) at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch). As an HR Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting our talented leaders and teams.

What You'll Do

As a BeXT HR Partner, you will collaborate with AWS business leaders and other HR teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies. You will provide support to our employees and their leaders, aligned to an AWS business line or region, calling on HR expertise and empathy.

You will consult, coach, and develop leadership through decision-making with empathy and sound judgment. You will foster and role-model an environment of inclusion for all employees. You will advocate for employees' needs through end-to-end experiences that help employees feel fully engaged in their work and valued for who they are.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in German, any additional languages a plus
  • Local labor law knowledge of Germany is required. Knowledge of wider EU country experience a big plus
  • Works Council experience and knowledge
