Sales Manager (m/w/d) Recreational

DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL

  • Planung der regelmäßigen Besuche der Bestandskunden, einhergehend mit der Akquirierung von Neukunden
  • Präsenz der Produkte und Durchdringung in den Segmenten Headshop, Growshop, Social Club und CBD-Shop
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines entsprechenden Cannabis-Netzwerks
  • Regelmäßige Wettbewerbs- und Marktbeobachtungen mit entsprechenden Ableitungen
  • Schnittstellenfunktionen durch stetige interne Abstimmung mit allen betroffenen Abteilungen 
  • Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Messen und Events 

DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Außendienst/Vertrieb 
  • Dynamische, gewinnende Persönlichkeit, gepaart mit einem guten Gespür für Kunden und den Markt
  • Idealerweise umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich Headshop, Growshop und CBD-Shop
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie ein kompetentes, sympathisches Auftreten
  • Organisierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit einer ausgeprägten Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung 
  • Bereitschaft und Flexibilität viel zu reisen - hierfür bedarf es einem Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
