Senior HR Coordinator

Supports our business and HR function in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations and helps to establish people-centric and business strategy driven HR practices. The HR Coordinator will have administrative, operational and tactical responsibilities, and will contribute to key aspects of the employee lifecycle such as hiring, absence management, benefits, learning & development, and total rewards. Interfaces are with employees, managers, and functions such as Payroll, Total Rewards (Benefits, Compensation), HR Operations & Technology and other G&A functions.

Essential Functions required for the job.

Assists in developing and executing HR practices and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business Participates in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements Suggests new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company Actively drives employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives Handle all operational tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues Oversees the probationary periods for new hires and ensures together with HRBP that managers evaluate new hires during probationary period Performs all required changes regarding absence management for countries in scope Supports Total Rewards on demand with benefits related queries and reviews, including pension scheme reconciliation and balances Manages wellbeing initiatives, collates and reports data Responds to inquiries from employees regarding HR Systems, Benefits, and HR Policies Ensures complete and reliable employee record management and filing of documentation Performs other duties or projects as assigned by the HR Business Partner – International team Provides project support for special projects aiming to deliver HR expertise to business priorities

Requirements

·Performs job duties under supervision. Understands company policies and practices and interfaces with all levels of employees. Applies judgment and policies to reach solution.

·Strong relationship skills. Ability to build a rapport with colleagues at all levels in different functions.

·Good working knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday and Oracle OTL.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness

·Organized and attention to detail. Ability to manage numerous tasks/projects simultaneously.

·Good computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite software, internet software

·Strong organizational abilities (including the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously), accuracy and attention to detail are required in this position.

·Interacts effectively and professionally with others. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
