Proclinical Staffing is in search of a committed and skilled HR Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will oversee the HR Harmonization initiative, focusing on the deployment of various Workday modules. This position requires a fluent German speaker capable of effectively liaising with cross-functional teams, tracking project advancements, and formulating strategies to mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR Harmonization initiative, ensuring timely execution and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee that project milestones are achieved.
  • Track project developments, recognize potential risks, and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR process owners, internal IT, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the successful transition from project implementation to operational execution.
  • Assist in organizational change management to ensure the effective rollout of new solutions across all employee tiers.
  • Organize meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the Chief People Officer.
  • Simplify and harmonize HR processes.
  • Support the offline compensation procedures.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Professional experience in project management or a similar capacity, with some exposure to HR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and a willingness to explore new technologies.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently, with a solution-oriented mindset, as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Aptitude for handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Type of Position: Full-time, initially temporary through employee leasing.

Contract Duration: 12 months (Extension/Conversion possible).

Location: On-site.
