Der Rechnungsstellungsprozess bei Doctolib wird von mehreren Teams in Frankreich (HQ - global) und Deutschland (lokal) bearbeitet. Das Shared Service Center ist Teil des globalen Finance Teams und für die Bearbeitung der Rechnungen verantwortlich. 

Doctolib sucht einen Team Lead Credit and Collection (x/f/m) für das lokale Team in Deutschland, das das Onboarding von neuen Kund:innen verantwortet sowie bei der Rechnungsstellung unterstützt. 

Deine Aufgaben

1. Cash Collection

Nachfassen bei Kunden, um die Begleichung von Forderungen zu bearbeitenBearbeitung von Insolvenzfällen

2. Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen

3. Kreditrichtlinien:

Überprüfung und Aktualisierung der Kreditrichtlinien von Doctolib mit dem globalen TeamDurchsetzung der Zahlungsbedingungen pro Kundensegment gemäß den RichtlinienÜberprüfung von Angeboten, bevor sie an Kund:innen versandt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass die Richtlinien eingehalten werden

4. Kreditrisiko:

Überprüfung und Bewertung der Kreditwürdigkeit von Kunden:innenErstellen von Kreditbewertungsmodellen zur Risikovorhersage

5. Interne Anfragen:

Interne Anlaufstelle für alle Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Inkasso, Rechnungsstellung und Kreditrichtlinien

6. CLM-Genehmigung für Großkundenverträge 

7. Genehmigung von Gutschriften

Um Teil unseres Teams zu werden, bringst du Folgendes mit: 

Du bringst 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Kredit-/Forderungsmanagement, in der Kreditanalyse oder einem ähnlichen Umeld mitDu hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, bist versiert in der Analyse von Finanzberichten, der Bewertung von Kreditrisiken und der Beurteilung der Kreditwürdigkeit von Einzelpersonen oder UnternehmenDu hast ein umfassendes Verständnis von Kreditrichtlinien und grundlegenden Prinzipien des Risikomanagements. Dazu gehören Kenntnisse über Kreditbewertungsmodelle, Kreditlimits, Inkasso und Kreditberichte.Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für die Interaktion mit Kund:innen sowie internen und externen StakeholdernDu bist vertraut mit gängigen Kreditverwaltungssoftwares, Finanzanalysetools und CRM Systemen sowie mit Excel oder anderen Tabellenkalkulationsprogrammen zur Datenanalyse.Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
