Dein Verantwortungsbereich
  • Ordnungsgemäße und fristgerechte Bearbeitung schriftlicher Korrespondenzen mit Schuldnern
  • Durchführen der telefonische Kommunikation mit Schuldnern
  • Dokumentation der Gesprächsverläufe und -inhalte während und in Nachbearbeitung der Telefonate
  • Ordnungsgemäße Bearbeitung bei der Digitalisierung von physischer Korrespondenz
  • Durchführung von Abstimmungen mit den Abteilungen im Bereich Accounting
  • Mitwirken bei Projekten sowie mit fachspezifischem Themenbezug

Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie einschlägige Berufspraxis im Forderungsmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Forderungsmanagement
  • Gutes Fachwissen im Bereich Beschwerde-Management bei Forderungen
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse im Gerichtlichen Mahnverfahren
  • Sehr gute allgemeine PC Anwenderkennnisse, Sehr gute MS-Office und insbesondere MS-Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache oder verhandlungssicher
  • Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
