About the Role

KG Organization Gas Services Business Unit Central Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day  As part of the dynamic Siemens Energy Commercial Project Management team, you will support the commercial project manager to make important decisions every day, helping the project as well as the customer to reach their goals - energizing the world by implementing our innovative solutions and products within the project calculated budgets. Being an important part of the Commercial Project Management Team, learning and evolving every day, growing into more and more sophisticated tasks.  How You’ll Make an Impact  Ensure accurate project bookkeeping in compliance with Siemens-Energy guidelines, utilizing systems like SAP, and oversees Project Reporting and Controlling activities. Support Senior Project Manager, Senior Commercial Manager, and global project team in managing financial results, optimizing project gross profit, cash flow, and assets Take responsibility for identifying, evaluating, and addressing commercial risks and opportunities, including negotiating contracts and handling relevant commercial issues Manage commercial aspects based on the chosen business model, including tax concepts, insurance, compliance, ECC (customs), cash flow, and contract documents. Handle Technical Field Assistance (TFA) Contracts, temporary hiring contracts, and support claim negotiations in alignment with the global project team Plan, report, and control using tools like Dash, PMTX, providing financial forecasts  Manage suppliers, approve subcontractors' invoices, and oversee goods receipt processes What You Bring Bachelor's degree or Commercial Apprenticeship with first job experience in Business Finance, or Accounting with a strong foundation in standard accounting principles Demonstrate extensive experience in a Commercial Project Management and/or contract/claim management, with the added advantage of holding a commercial certification Exhibit proficiency in utilizing IT tools, including Microsoft, SAP applications Must be fluent in both English and German Display a positive attitude towards working in challenging environments and embracing a high-performance culture
