About the Role

KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Sales Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As a dedicated professional, you will take charge of running various capture activities, including transforming leads into opportunities and coordinating the process of bundling multiple products, services, and digitalization.Upon identifying a lead, your focus will be to enhance the chances of securing business deals through strategic use of resources, relationships, and processes. You will gain a deep understanding of our client needs and other constraints, resolve an appealing offer, construct a bidding strategy, identify vital resources, and make informed decisions. It will be your responsibility to nurture these opportunities towards a high probability of success.You will be a trailblazer, setting the groundwork for future successful ventures. This will require determination and the ability to persuade internal, external, and key partners. How You’ll Make an Impact Steering the sales development process for large, sophisticated Grid Technology projects, including crafting a successful strategy, performing competitive analysis, and setting pricing strategies Being accountable for discovering and qualifying opportunities; setting strategies; identifying and influencing key decision makers; and thoughtfully navigating intricate internal and external sales environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, commercial, legal, and execution units, to create compelling proposals Applying your proven eye for business, you will develop and convey a convincing value proposition while upholding company growth and profit guidelines Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and other industry team members, continually building new connections through active onsite visits and engagement sessions. You will collect and distribute client intelligence within the company Overseeing and reporting on opportunity progress, including lessons learned Ensuring a detailed transition to the commercial and offer teams for every new project, practicing a "Clean Handover" approach What You Bring Completed university degree in an economical or technical field At least 5 years working experience in sophisticated projects, preferably in the energy sector Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and across organizational and international boundaries Self-motivated (hands-on demeanor) with high energy drive and business sense Good understanding of business processes, commercial basics as well as legal topics Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to present sophisticated concepts to partners; strong briefing and writing skills Excellent English and German skills-
