Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
Der (Senior) Compliance Manager (m/f/d) unterstützt die Umsetzung von Compliance-Massnahmen für die Bruker BioSpin Gruppe gemäss den Vorgaben des globalen Bruker Ethik & Compliance Programms. Diese Funktion agiert als direkter Ansprechpartner bei Fragen zu ethischem Verhalten, Integrität, Anti-Korruption und fairem Wettbewerb. Der (Senior) Compliance Manager erarbeitet praktikable Lösungen unter Einhaltung aller Regeln und Richtlinien in unserem Unternehmen.
Mitwirkung bei gruppenspezifischen Compliance-Maßnahmen gemäß den Vorgaben unseres globalen Bruker Ethics & Compliance Programms mit direkter Berichtslinie an den Senior Director Compliance Eigenständige Durchführung von Compliance-Risikoanalysen Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung von Compliance-Richtlinien, einschliesslich Optimierung unternehmensinterner Abläufe und Prozesse Prüfung Compliance-relevanter Geschäftstransaktionen und -verträgen Unterstützung der Drittparteien-Prüfung (Geschäftspartner Due Diligence) und Beurteilung von red flags Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von Compliance-Schulungen Mitwirkung bei internen Untersuchungen zur Aufarbeitung von Compliance-Fällen Erstellung adressatengerechter Compliance-Kommunikation für verschiedene Stakeholder Konzeption und Durchführung von Compliance Monitoring-Reviews Unterstützung bei der Compliance Due Diligence und Integration neu akquirierter Gesellschaften
Qualifikationen
Idealerweise bringen Sie Folgendes mit:
Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Jura oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet Mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Legal, Ethics & Compliance in einem internationalen Unternehmen, vorzugsweise in der Medizintechnikbranche Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch auf C2-Niveau Französischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Selbstständigkeit, Proaktivität und Problemlösungsorientierung Hohes Maß an persönlicher Integrität Teilen Sie dieses Stellengesuch in Ihrem sozialen Netzwerk |
